WARNING: This information may be out of date in an ever-changing world.

Glanford Park, Jack Brownsword Way, Scunthorpe, DN15 8TD.

Up to 1,650 away fans are housed in the all-seated AMS Stand (South Stand) at one end via turnstile gates 6 A, B, & C and 7 A & B. The stand also has a bar and TVs.

Disabled Facilities:

13 on-site parking spaces issued on a first-come first-served basis for orange / blue badge holders. Level access around and into the stadium.
24 wheelchair spaces for both Home and Away at pitch level in the Grove Wharf Stand. Helpers sit behind. Restricted views at times with supporter movement at trackside. Covered but subject to weather conditions.
Six spaces for the visually-impaired with commentary available.

How to get there:

By car: From all Routes, M180: Leave the M180 at Junction 3 and take the M181 for Scunthorpe. At the end of this motorway, you will see the stadium on your right. Turn right at the first roundabout onto the A18 and right again into the large car park at the ground.

Car parking: Car parking at the ground is available for 600 cars, priced at £3. Limited street-parking available.

By Train:

Scunthorpe station is over two miles from the stadium. A taxi is probably the easiest way to reach it. However, if you have time on your hands and are feeling fit, turn left out of the station and head towards the crossroads (facing a church) and turn right into Oswald Road, going past a set of traffic lights and the Honest Lawyer and Blue Bell pubs. At the next traffic lights turn left into Doncaster Road (where there are fast food outlets). Then go straight down this road and you will reach Glanford Park on your left.

By Bus:

Catch the number 7 or 8 Yellow Line bus from the bottom of Doncaster Road (outside the Atlantis Chippy) to the stadium.

Where to eat:

Across the road from the stadium there is a Retail Park with a number of eating outlets such as KFC, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and Frankie & Benny’s.

Where to drink:

NOTE: The Iron Bar at the stadium is for home supporters only.

There is a modern pub right at the entrance to the stadium called The Old Farmhouse. It welcomes all fans but. It is wheelchair friendly, with its own parking and an outside area. Food is served, but arrive early if you want a table. The pub gets packed on match days.

NOTE: For the match in February 2015 no parking was permitted on the approach road to The Old Farmhouse and the area was dotted with signs like this one.

About a five minute walk from the stadium on the A18 is the Berkeley Hotel, Doncaster Road, Scunthorpe. This Sam Smith’s pub is popular with home and away supporters. To find it go past the stadium (or park there first) and follow the main road towards Scunthorpe, and it is on the left-hand corner of the first roundabout you reach.

If arriving by train, then the Honest Lawyer 70, Oswald Street, Scunthorpe is well worth a visit. Although a modern pub inside, it has been listed in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide. It is located half-way between the railway station and the Blue Bell.
The Blue Bell, 1-7, Oswald Road, Scunthorpe is a J. D. Wetherspoon’s outlet serving food, with a patio at the rear.

If anyone is driving via the M18, the Eastbound exit at Junction 5 is closed. Diversion takes you to Junction 6 and then westbound back to Junction 5 for exit to the M180.

So in other words for those travelling South (which will probably be most of the Oldham fans) on the M18 need to get off at J6 not J5 for the M180

Watch your speed folks go that way quite a lot and roadside cameras widely used often at long distances. M18 very open and easy to go over limits.

Slow it down at the edge of the box. Knock it wide if needed. Back to the full back. Across to the centre and back again if needed.
