Don't sort this by win % by clicking on the Win% in the heading of the table

http://www.managerstats.co.uk/league-one/

A bit odd they've included all of Hasselbaink's games from previous seasons but not LJ's, or Parkinson's, or Ferguson's....

On a positive note - at least Dunn is doing better than Lee Power....

Money still at 38% despite this little blip he's had....

Is it only at the club they are with now?

Ah yes, including other leagues... But not including stints at other sides in the same league which could be as/more relevant.....

Yeah, I think it is only fair that they judge them based on the squads they have now as it reflects better the resources they have at their disposal.

Take LJ for example, he didn't have two pennies to rub together at lowly Latics and if you look at where he is now with Barnsley, they are a huge club and by rights should be competing in the champions league every season.

Errrr....

I seem to remember City playing at BP in black and red stripes with Bell and Summerbee playing, but that may have been a match of the day moment.

This thread is getting a bit ramsheckel...

Golden memories - to coin a phrase ....

But the question still remains - did Lee 1 Pen ever grace Boundary park? I don't recall him with City, though maybe in the late 60's before I started going often, but with Derby in a cup game maybe?

BTW ,,, the puns are getting a pounding on this thread but it's maintaining my interest

We played City in Frizzells testimonial on 9 April 1973. The programme lists these players for City

Corrigan

Book

Donachie

Pardoe

Booth

Doyle

Oakes

Towers

Bell

Hill

Lee

Summerbee

Marsh

But don't know if Lee actually turned out

We also played them in a pre season on 11Aug 1973 (drew2-2) but don't have the City lineup

Stand out candidate for me.

Age 57

Excellent record (inc in this division)

Wouldn't cost much to prise away from non league

Teams always attacking & full of goals

Out of work too this time round.

Should be cheap, will work with our budget, knows lower leagues well.

Amazing he hasn't been mentioned.
