For his consistency, improving his goal tally and getting forward to support the strikers more as the season has gone on. It says a lot about the chop and change nature of our season that most of the other contenders for the award have been at the club for only half a season. Then surely he should win most improved player. Id give it to Smith as hes our best player, closely followed by Grounds whos been decent despite moving between his 2 positions all season and having numerous defensive partners. Harkins has been crap in the last few games (albeit a genius in some other games this year), and was substituted Monday at ht and nobody cared nor noticed any difference.
