BP1960
I can't see how Rachubka was to blame for the goal, the two on the far post didn't jump, or weren't they allowed to?...Pope seems to be climbing all over them. Mind you Matt Smith used to do it so we can't complain. Edited August 20, 2014 by BP1960

The guy has acres and takes his time to pick his cross. Pope is allowed to get to the ball too easily.
welshgaz
I honestly don't think we would of conceded any of the goals with Lockwood in the team. He ensures a perfect back line.
LightDN123
The reason he gets so much space for the cross is because elokobi slips, so your saying Lockwood would have ensured he did not slip ? I don't think so.

I don't think so. did elokobi not get dragged out of position in order to slip? Connor was also drastically out of position, Lockwood wouldn't of allowed this as the line would of been in line! Blue_Guru
I was relieved to hear LJ say how poor the back line was after the Leyton Orient game...it was glaringly obvious from the goals that on the counter Mills and Brown were way out of position and Elokobi, Wilson and Dieng weren't picking up the men. However Port Vales goal is almost a carbon copy in that a player pulls out wide and Brown is again caught further upfield and none of the centre pairing are picking up the men...i was dissapointed to hear LJ say that our back line was solid as this was amateur marking which led to the goal and allowed williamson to pull out wide and have so much time to pick his cross Elokobi or Wilson should have been closer to Williamson if Brown wasn't able to track back
