I enjoyed listening on LP, particularly Roy and Gordon being unsure whether we were in sudden death. Think the score was something like 7-7 at the time.

 

Plus Kilkenny took at least two penalties if they were right!

He just did what was his habit, because of the pressure, and hit it like a goal kick. Given the almost excellent save spilled for the second goal he shouldn't have felt good about himself after the game. The real disappointment was Jones - a dolly at catching height.

Gordon was also insistent on adding the penalties to the 90 minute score!
