Glad I got to see him play and also score one of the best penalties I've ever seen in the 5-1 game - couldn't get more top corner than that. Sorry but that isnt true. He was wank, he took and wasted loads of free kicks then scored a peach in the last minute. His passing was poor that day too. Gerrard or Owen in Munich. Beckham v argentina in Japan WC. Rooney v Croatia euro 2004 Rooney or Vassell v turkey in sunderland. Ince v Italy 0-0 in rome. Sheringham v Holland euro 96. Shearer v germany france 98. Gazza v scotland 96. And thats just off the top of my head without thinking about it. Im not quite on point and Im nit picking a paragraph, but its a very lazy paragraph.
