Also assisted with CPR on an Everton fan a few years ago on a car park away from the ground, sadly the fan passed away, but hey well done Kenny, I will buy you a pint next time I see you, ( even though you still owe me one for my birthday. ). Again well in Kenny and respect to the Chesterfield fans who stood and clapped as the chap was being taken out of the ground, that's what football should be about.
