Chesterfield lose - lowest points total to stay up?

Recommended Posts

Another result last night that keeps the teams at the bottom, at the bottom.

Safety is currently 30 from 30, therefore could see safety as low as 47 points. That could mean that we need as little as 23 points from our remaining 19 games.

A bit of luck that our worst ever season could see us needed get the lowest ever points total to stay up?

The form of all teams really from Bury (15th) downwards is woeful - only Blackpool recording more than one win in their last five. So as you might expect the teams above Bury have lots of recent wins (Barnsley five out of five) and so the table is really split at 15th place as things stand. Colchester are all but gone, and so will we be unless we pick up another couple of wins soon.
