Lukers1
I hear from my Bristol City supporting mate that LJ is on the brink....
opinions4u
And despite the manner of him leaving us I'd have had him back if there was a vacancy. He seems to lose lots of games in the dark months.

He seems to lose lots of games in the dark months. I didnt realise he was in relegation scrap, they have dropped like a stone and spent a few quid also.... I'd have him back but he always seem to be looking for another move..

jorvik_latic
As Latics and England pointed out on Twitter- Bristol City's record this season: Pre appointing Dean Holden: 6 defeats in 16 Post appointing Dean Holden: 9 defeats in
GlossopLatic
None of us know what exactly what Dean Holden does and doesnt do but it doesn't half look like things turn sour the minute he turns up.
Nohairdontcare
Johnson won't be out of work long if he gets the sack. He manages himself better than he manages any squad.
OAFCinWolves
Holden a side, johnsons a bit like Alan Pardew his teams are either on long unbeaten runs or long losing streaks hard to fathom Edited January 15, 2017 by OAFCinWolves
Gaz_Oafc
Still think he was overrated.
losesome
Holdens record at football clubs must be the worst in the league. Every club he goes to seems to go into instant freefall , Surely can't be just coincidence !!!!
Scapegoat
Think LJ has set record runs of defeats at both Bristol and Barnsley. No doubt a good manager, but that isn't a good stat to have on your CV.
1980haighy
Lee Johnson doesn't own either of them records. Barnsley's record number of losses stands at 9 set in 1953 also their longest run without a win stands at 26 set in 1934. Bristol City's record number of defeats is also 9 set in 2005 and their biggest run without a win is 15 set in 1933 Lee Johnson's a d**k but unfortunately he doesn't have these negative records on his CV
Forte_Baby
Still think there be plenty of Lower League teams taking a gamble on him
disjointed
Still think there be plenty of Lower League teams taking a gamble on himI was one of his biggest critics when he left us what with the Evans affair, but if he ever rocked up here(it ain't going to happen) I would be happy. 1980haighy
Hi Lee... Fair Play though... Hopefully he'll be the record-holder soon. It'd be nice to see him managing in the same league as his dad is considering he thought he had far bigger ambitions than us
yarddog73
He did have bigger ambitions than us didn't he? Can't really say he's gone backwards since leaving neither.
Worcester Owl
He did have bigger ambitions than us didn't he? Can't really say he's gone backwards since leaving neither. I don't want to waste my time thinking about him, but exactly what has he achieved since leaving us? Bugger all.
yarddog73
He's a Championship manager, you could also say he left Barnsley in a fair position and had near on got them to Wembley in the Johnstone Paint before he left, meanwhile back in Oldham we've found our level again that he briefly took us out of. palmer1
I don't want to waste my time thinking about him, but exactly what has he achieved since leaving us? Bugger all. He built a side that won promotion and a cup, granted he left shortly before it was completed but he was invited back as Barnsley reconised it was him that started it. He then moved on again to another 'bigger' club while building a reputation as a good young manager at a level above where he started. Other than that? Nothing... Aaron West
It was either on here on twitter I've seen one of our fans post they backed Bristol city to get relegated at 50/1 when Holden was appointed there. Looks a great shout that now. Unless I've imagined this

LaticsPete
Latics have had I believe six men who have managed the club more than once. Don't know how this compares to other clubs. David Ashworth Robert Mellor Herbert Bamlett Jack Rowley Joe Royle John Sheridan
