Could have some truth in this, heard on the terraces today that Huddersfield have already been to have a look and possibly two/three clubs in our league could be interested. now if the club are getting commission in helping to sell on, I wonder if that's how we we funding them in the first place? There is info on the WUP thread and I believe it is but I don think it published the amount? As it's published it allows any other creditors out there to register their claims to, so I'm lead to believe even if we have paid/about the pay the original applicant off, those that have come on board/registered too then WUP hearing still takes place and can be actioned I am sure someone has confirmed that's exactly what happened to Orient. Using the BP set up to demonstrating to league 1 and 2 clubs that led boards are now affordable and profitable for them.
