I can't see Fane starting myself struggled on Saturday and was rightly subbed, although Green was also poor again when he came on, Shez always plays two up top and I think we've seen the last of Erwin so I think he'll go with Ngoo and Mcglaughin, Ngoo will play an hour and then Osei will replace him after an hour

Ripley

Wilson. Clarke. Gerrard. Hunt

Flynn. O'Neill. Green. Taylor

Ngoo. Mcglaughin

There is nothing more certain than Ngoo not starting, it's a difficult one because we know how Shez wants to play but it's difficult to select a forward line from the players he has available.

Ripley

Wilson

Clarke

Gerrard

Hunt

Fane

Green

O'Neill

Taylor

McLaughlin

Flynn.

For me flying has the talent but never actually does anything with it. Very frustrating player. Much like morais in the past.

As has been said he is too lightweight for me. I'm 10st wet thru and even I could barge him off the ball. Get down the gym lad

Wilson Clarke Gerrard Hunt

Green Fane

McLaughlin O'Neil Taylor

Osei

Tell Osei to play the width of the penalty area and go flat out for 70 minutes with the intention of bringing him off at that Point for Ngoo

Push O'Neill on and give him the freedom to go and play encourage him Taylor and McLaughlin to get in the box and support Osei when necessary so he doesn't become isolated.

Easy this football manager lark innit.

He should be more consistent given his ability and experience but, rightly or wrongly, if he produces just once every 4 or 5 games that's invaluable to us in the position we're in. Saturday being an example.

Aside from a few occasions where both have been in form, Fane and Green midfield partnership has proved disastrous...

Set out as a 4-3-3 but more of a 4-6-0. Dominate the midfield with the attacking three running them from deep.

Bradford set out very similar against us and looked impressive in my opinion. Thoroughly dominant in midfield as effectively had 6 in there with Law, Cullen, Dieng as the main 3.

When Bradford went forward they had Marshall, Clarke and Hiwula acting as a front 3.

They played that extremely well and had it well drilled throughout.

With the team you say I think it could possibly work on the basis that Holloway is out and Ngoo not being fitted enough for 90 minutes. Not a bad idea I don't think

Really - Green is on form...thought he was poor again Saturday! I understand the need to keep possession but picking the ball up in an attacking position and running backwards towards your own goal looking to offload wherever possible is a bit much and the sign of a man low on confidence.

Thought Banks did ok when he came on Saturday and even put his toe in. Would rather see him and Fane start, one can pass the other can break play up between the 2 you get 1 decent midfielder.

Thought Odabeyi did ok at Chesterfield and MK Mongs, maybe if Holloway is out he'll give him a start up top

Green. Jesus Christ I can't watch him without getting very frustrated at his constant pointing, hiding when we have the ball and marking space when we don't have it, passing backwards and even runnning backward with the ball. Come on Green, prove me wrong.

Doesn't Shez fancy any of our other strikers or what?
