......is uncannily similar this season v last.

2015/16 P 22 W 9 D 6 L 7 F 18 A 20 Pts 33

2016/17 P 21 W 9 D 6 L 6 F 19 A 17 Pts 33

So, looks like a 3-0 defeat on Sunday then! :o

Sorry to be pedantic but wouldn't it be 4-0 ?

More shocking that we scored less goals last season under Sheridan.

So a win ratio of about 41.8 %  when added together, not to shabby for any time but given that both times he took over teams deep in relegation = Awesome

Lets hope he increases that today - Come on you blues!

Yeh I thought the same, quite a surprise. But I think the achievement this time is even greater than last season considering where we were when he came back in January. I admit I thought we were gone this time.

Shez' all time record for us is better than all his other team combined, but not by as much as I first thought, despite the incredible impact he has made. It does show Notts County was merely a blip and he can do this again and again.

Oldham P209 W82    D63 L64   PPG 1.48 PPS 68

Others  P335  W124  D82 L129 PPG 1.36 PPS 62

His points per season record for he past two seasons is 71 this season and 69 last season.

It was 68.8, 69 then, in his '06-'09 spell

Given we had 26 years in the old second division, a 5 year spell in the 1st/Prem and the Championship, and now 21 years in League One.

Ate we the team with the least amount of divisional changes in the last half century?

A top half finish with a points total starting with a 6 would be significant progress next season.

Indeed, a points tally starting with 6 would be significant, and in reality that would only be converting 4 or 5 of the draws to wins too, so achievable. We've not hit 60+ in 8 seasons. Ouch.
