    Anyone know (officially) why the fans in the main stand paddock (Chaddy road end) have been kicked out yet? It’s clear the dugout areas haven’t been overly extended so is it to move the away fans in there?

    Yes. I don’t mind development and open to changes but not handled well and could have been done better in my opinion. I got an email 24hrs before they went on sale. It’s a shame as I’d have liked to have seen where people who sit around me are relocating to before committing as you form a community on match days with those people but don’t always have contact away from match days!

    30mins in. Good job Matt, interested in listening to the last 90mins. I ain’t a fan of KE. Something about him doesn’t seem right to me. Felt it as soon as he jumped on Twitter and knew it would end the way it did with him on there. I’ll continue to listen and see if my mind can be changed though.

    Yeh he agreed, no reason not to really. The issue was the ‘the top’ up part of it. He’s on like £3k a week i reckon and furlough tops out at £2.5k per month. That’s a drop of £9.5k per month, he won’t have accepted that. He’ll have wanted some top up money from the club which I’d say is understandable and this is the figure that was the issue.

    Yeh. He ain’t bothered. He commented when on BT shortly after leaving his role on us that he got bored with the office/scouting side of the job but enjoyed the coaching.

    The staff at the club are upset she’s got the boot. She was well liked by most and went above and beyond that the new fella want do I’m sure. I wish him well of course but shame we can’t do things the right way yet again!

    From my understanding Natalie went above and beyond during lockdown as the only staff member kept fully employed. AL is clearly intimidated by her and her ability to guide the ship in the right direction.

    Sold their training ground as well to Preston. The same one Wigan bought from Bolton when they went into admin.

    Agree this would be a great idea. I wanted to hear what an ex employee had to say though as that would be another angle on things rather than me sitting face to face with Barry for a chat.

    Sorry I’m confused with your reply! Again? Why would I want to speak to Barry Owen? I was talking about wanting to hear what an ex players opinions are of him as he’d worked along side him.

    I suspect he has alopecia! If someone more switched on to the oldham situation would have asked questions more would have come out for sure. Would have loved to hear him talk about Baz.

    Fair play amongst the crap that he talks about he enjoyed his time with us by the sounds of it! He was so close to giving some nuggets on Barry Owen but got distracted and never came back to him. Absolute class prank on Ollie Banks. Interesting to hear his sacking was overturned and was paid off before leaving.

    Nah it was dangerous. He was off the floor when he tackled him so out of control. Daft as there was cover so no need to make tackle! You’d scream red if someone hacked down one of our boys at BP like that ha ha.
