  1. Seems like some player chants are becoming outdated and a bit predictable... Can anyone think of any new chants that could start at BP and work their way around the country? I'll start us off with... "oooooh ahhhhh Robbie Simpson is everywhere" to the tune of Fleetwood Mac- Everywhere. Thoughts?
  2. Providing the drum makes it inside... Nananananananannana Ooooooooooooooooooh. Simple and if we keep this going 20 plus minutes, it'll bé class!
  3. completely agree with this! Really think his level head and encouragement was lacking at BP during his stint at AFCON. Even against Everton, his appearance provided much needed stability in midfield and gave something for the likes of Baxter,Smith and Croft to work off. Having said that, its very difficult with Wes playing so well and Baxter being an obvious selection. On another note, he's on the back of my shirt!!
  4. Odds checker is a good sight. They seem to get inside knowledge as it changes frequently. Saying that, the ones that hover near the top usually get it (Sammy Lee!!! ). Its listed under ''football specials''
  5. Any confirmation or hint towards the date of the replay? Stated in Saturdays programme it would be Weds 27th. Will be absolutely gutted if that date is confirmed as im away. Will be a superb game to miss especially after watching all 4 previous rounds.
  6. would like to see people keep a level head regarding this. Yes he has done the business against the scousers but consistency is needed! Also, his value may have soared after so much press coverage, just a thought!
  7. Unreal scenes! Made all the difference when that lump Iwelumo got dragged off. Saying that, it was the quickest he moved all day when he came off.
  8. 90% of all posts on here defy believe. I thought every aspect of his game was very poor: -slow -lack of effort -complaining when only had himself to blame His goal was very straight forward and anyone in the squad would have put it in. Smith provides much more in the air and challenges for everything. Saying that, I'd like to see us play a lot more on the deck than going direct to Smith. Baxter, Furman and Simpson are evidently good players. Croft is looking sharper every week and Obita also looks promising. Lets get the ball out wide and then fire it into Smith!
  9. despite a small attendance, it was lively. Also very happy to see Deano back at BP, great influence on the side
