mattyg101
even Joe Jacobson got in on the act last season Michael Rickets was a good one. Only on loan and he bagged against us. Shudder
singe
Countless false dawns (Koukash could be another). Ex-players scoring against us. If i could face betting against Latics, I would put money on any player who has played for us scoring against us, no matter what position they played in. Typical Latics. even Joe Jacobson got in on the act last season MAde worse by the fact our players rarely score against their ex teams,
longtimeblue
Even the 1914/15 season. Did we need a point from 3 games? Managed to :censored: it up... Typical Latics
oafcmetty
Even the 1914/15 season. Did we need a point from 3 games? Managed to :censored: it up... Typical Latics (as I posted a month or so ago) Not quite. With two left the table looked like: 1. Everton P37 Pts45 2. Oldham P36 Pts45 So we needed 3 points (remember 2 for a win) from those last two games to win the league (and we had an inferior goal average). Interestingly, we played both our games before Everton played their final game, which they only drew - so a win in either game might have given us the league (although if they'd have needed the win, they'd probably have tried harder).
