Let's just say that i was right about Jose Baxter leaving two days before it happened and with the exact value he eventually left for which no one believed to be true until everything was announced. As blueatheart says, once he's signed on the dotted line, he's going to 1) attract a bigger transfer fee and 2) gain even more experience and get better with us until a megabucks offer comes in. Unless one of the big four or five come in, like Man Ure with Nick Powell from Crewe, you'll never get his full value. Sad, but true IMHO.
