A very patient innings. The run Rye is only 3 per over so the whole side isotiently building.
Stevie_J
Great start to the season for Hameed after such a miserable time last year. Hopefully Lancs can build a decent lead now and hopefully Davies’ injury isn’t too bad.
singe
When Notts scored 417 in their innings I thought hammering was in th cards, but a decent fist was made in reply at 406. Nd now a 1 run won over the Yorkshire was a real feather in the cap.
astottie
Good start today in a must win game. Mahmood 3-10. I watched him last week and he is quick. Uses both sides and halves of the wicket mind.

You know along the lines of , 2 goals in the first 20 minutes, keep it tight and add the third in the 72nd minute on the break as Newport lose at home to Lincoln. oafcmetty
Was thinking more of keep it tight - 0-0 till 70, then throw caution to the wind. 1-0 on 84, 2-0 on 92 as they push for an undeserved equaliser.
singe
Another great start v Durham. They are kikcing on now. 52/1 in 9 in reply to 229ao. Hameed being very cautious, which seems sensible, he's mkaing his wicket count. 17 off 39 bals, Croft 31 in 33, still almost 6 an over when they need 4.6. Something is beginning to click I think.
