Notts County Winding-up Petition from HMRC

Debts in excess of £500,000; payment of players' wages delayed; alleged to owe clubs for ticket sales; owner trying to sell the club for £6m; future finance dependent on getting to third round of FA Cup. In court on Monday re winding-up petition from HMRC for unpaid tax bill.

Feel for fans but this going the way of many clubs.

 

Promise of big salary to Shez etc.... cant say its unexpected by many. Touch of irony?

Maybe not greener but that wasn't why he left, they were in a worse situation than us....a doubling of his salary was probably the main reason!!
