Directors can be found guilty of trading while insolvent if at any point in time they continued to trade when they were or should have been aware that the business was insolvent. Do they advertise again that the debt has been "satisfied" and cancel the court appearance, or do you get as far as the court date and then its announced its "satisfied"? Hearing date and we hope no more creditors add on to it? And if there are any add on creditors are they posted daily or are they all announced on that date?
