I may be being numb but you’ve lost me Doc ??? I am past ones bedtime mind 😁

It's a specific reference to the time I spent watching Rochdale v Oldham next to Keith Hill. (There was a pane of glass between us).

He spent the entire game shouting instructions at Flitcroft, his assistant. Hill addressed Flitcroft as FLICKER.

I didn't expect anyone else to get the reference, so you aren't in need of sleep just yet.

Rochdale have published detailed figures of the accounts. A nexamome for us to compare directly too.

Fairly sure our income has been declared from several sources as being £4m.

Ours for 2018 have not been submitted yet. The deadline is 27th March this year.

2017 accounts have been registered ( I think the term is bridging accounts?) about last September.

There is a new version of myFC that aims to be a different model.

There were in talks with a "veteran Greater Manchester club", I wonder if that was every us? Dale and Bury seem more plausible.

Only heard about this today from your post.

I'm gonna have a read into it proper but it seems like the owner was unable to answer some concerns and questions and has now ended the project.

Dodgy AF.
Not shocked though
you could tell by his answers he'd was well versed in PR and Marketing.
He's a complete bul;shitter, and taken his ball away.
CLearly Hednesford walked away, but he tried to claim he was acting in their best interests. Of course, the WONA's kicked of about THEIR best interests.
It was like watching the episode of The Apprentice when Claude and the others go through their CVs And Business plans

Bury are playing dodgy loan co again.

Necarcu-esque.

Nowt like necaru. Bury are doing it to get good players and both parties aren’t expecting the ‘loan’ to be repaid. Whereas necaru was to keep the lights on and Corney managed to skip the country before the kneecap squad came for repayment.

Necarcu is still on as a charge against us at companies house and is on our submitted paper work up to June 2017 (pre Al buying us).

Hoping it will be update when 2018 books are submitted by 27th March and it has been satisfied.

Has he claimed it’s settled...?

It should have been, either by Corney or Al, depending on the buyout deal

If it is still showing after the 27th of this month, then we can ask Al when he attends one of our Trust meetings.

At he moment I might take Bury's owner over ours and they are doing well on the pitch I  hope the Same happens to Schoels next season,  but they were due another appearance in court yeaterday with 2 winding up orders for 22k and 5k. Assume they have settled, but Broadoak specialise in bridging and last resort loans. It's not owner funds.

Companies House is just a big filing cabinet. It's only as reliable as the people doing the filing.
