Probably signing his first Everton contract as we speak prior to joining Rochdale on a season long loan during which he'll bag 40.
Forte_Baby
Was a good entertaining game. Security was big fair few steward but plenty of cameras outside the training ground. Told no pics or videos to be filmed inside. All. 7 of us put in at little stand. only 6 of us in a small stand told no photos. a good game Oldham won 4-2 Placide looks like the sort of keeper Pep would like. Likes to play from the back very vocal throughout the game not afraid to come out of his box and made a very good tackle. While pulling off a good number of saves. If he plays like he did today each week won't be long before he his number one. Tom Hamer played very well also. Edmundson had a good game, Fawns had a quiet game and Wellans from the bench seemed to be on his back a lot can see some truth in the rumours that he had an attitude problem at Blackburn but he did have a good shot. Festus Arthur had a good comfortable solid game As for the trialists we heard all sorts of names shouted unsure if Queensy menig Was one but the number 25 in centre mid was good. Very strong not afraid to challenge or chase balls he had lost. Tried few times to be a bit fancy. Heard the name Arkan shouted at him. 14 was fast. Enjoyed running down the wing Number 6 who bagged two was strong held the ball up well not afraid to shoot or cut in with the ball or drop back. Ritchie Wellans came on for last 10 min he no different to years ago got stuck in ran with the ball and won the ball that lead to Mantack cross for Jay Sheridan to score. Osei had a quiet game good run out for the lads anyway and Corney was there also with Moisley. Possible that Moisey and Corney had a business meeting with others at Goodison. Ideal location away from BP and only a handful of prying eyes! Saw him come on for Macclesfield against Forest Green Vegans last season. He looked tidy but I wonder how many minutes his legs would go for.
