Buckshawlatic
Fucking shit - not one game yet without that crap music and "technical problems"
L1onheartNew
Took me 15 mins to get vision but after that it was fine. No lag either. It will get better...
oafc1955
1st class HD picture with no buffering at all but the stadium noise was about 15 secs behind real time.....no commentary, but not really arsed about that! My iPhone lightning / hdmi lead does not mirror the picture on to the TV as it's not allowed by the EFL apparently. You'd get at least a strongly worded response from some quarter I must agree. Noticed your downboat count has slowed down a lot tho. What's going on there ? I'm torn between trying to get to 0 and just going for a world record down boating It doesn't help when you start targeting people randomly yourself. Oh Heck C-Beck
After the first game my ifollow has been generally very good. Yesterday the only issue was the stream didn't come back on automatically for the second half so I had to refresh.

oafc1955
In your case you'd be using a browser...I think for some reason the restriction applies when using the app on mobile/iPad etc. Edited September 10, 2017 by oafc1955
rosa
Lost commentary with 20 minutes of the match left yesterday. Listening via Chrome browser on my phone. Charging more money for a much poorer service.
singe
The commentary, even with LaticsPlayer, was always behind, even compared to others listening in. I've binned Sky and got Amazon Prime and that does it too.
Stagger Lee
Not too sure I have that much empathy for those suffering connection/quality issues but are based in the UK. After all you are rorting the system. Selfish I know but this Ifollow thing is allowing me to watch my beloved Latics every week rather than once or twice a year and I would hate it to be stopped because too many people are denying the football clubs income. Oh and for the record the quality is good down here, only a 5 second time delay with the sound as an issue.

I've paid for Latics World/Player/iFollow for years and the service is crap this year.

I would argue the vast majority of the people using it wouldn't have gone to the game anyway due to travel distances so are at least giving the club something by way of the subscription fee. I highly doubt it will stop these fans attending the odd game they would have anyway, there is no substitute for the real thing as I'm sure you agree. You can imagine the lack of empathy I had with the system yesterday when "unfortunately" I was in Spain and the system was crap. It has got worse with I player and they need to start giving some refunds.
