Hes been asking for it for weeks You're ignoring what he's been saying for weeks which is full of positives every week (this board is always full of posters saying he's talking bollocks when he does that by the way) to fixate on body language after a bad day at the office. When I listen to him I enjoy his interviews. I think he speaks honestly and from the heart. Maybe too much at times. I don't look for hidden messages or for conspiracys. As for the fans coming together is this the same fans that booed Banks on to the pitch or those that blamed 1 up front for shit defending after 10 minutes last week? I think he comes across as frustrated! He's at club that couldnt do business for 3 weeks of a 4 transfer window! Which couldnt register players when they'd signed. Duffus has been inured nearly all season and he's mentioned Holloway is the main player who can only play one 90 a week. Tope is fair enough but general consensus is he's ain't good enough anyway ? He’s had a window he’s brought it 6 players, if the keeper isn’t up to scratch play the one he signed. It’s his job to coach the defence to stop errors, he brought Bryan back if he’s not up to it why bring him back. He didn’t bring mills in he should have had a few lined up. If the players can’t play more than 90 in a week he needs to sort the training out. The buck stops with wingy wellens, it’s his job to win games, his job to stop the rot, his job to keep us up. Nobody is saying that he isn’t knocking down and getting on with it. Now you’re guessing!! What I took from the interview was that he was indeed pissed off at missing out on the two players that he really wanted, and I got the distinct impression that it wasn’t down to him but down to others at the club. When Abdallah says he has the final say it is just the same as when your spouse or partner says you have the final say. 2. Wellens has already said the squad is too big. He knows he hasn’t signed the player we desperately need, centre back, and he will probably lose his job as a result. 15 of this squad will not put their foot on the pitch this year and his targets failed through a lack of cash.
