Very decent bloke but from what I've heard he is the only one of the lot that goes to away games. He may be kept on so we've always got a representative at away games

Many a fan would like that for free.

The dates don't add up but at least there has been some movement...

Club says he left 29th Jan. Companies house says 11th.

I'm not an expert by an means, but it says the documents were only received for electronic filing yesterday. Perhaps we will see some actual movement legally over the next few days or so.

As for Ian Hill, free away travel on the club coach sounds more than cushy enough for me to do it, given the chance.

I understand he resigned some time before it was announced, presumably it was held back so as not to muddy the waters while the takeover was going through

What's the crack with the charges/debentures that had to be settled before takeover? All done?

Plus the best seats in the house, and free food and drink at all the grounds.

Among the many examples of small mindedness certain sections of our support exhibit this one begrudging club directors not paying to travel to or get into  matches (where they'll be representing the club & maybe working a bit) is the one that's always baffled me the most.....

Have you ever been in the board room on a match day?

It's a jolly with free booze, free food etc.

If the club auctioned off "Be a director for a day" I'd happily bid £100, more in winter and more for away games. Factor that in over 46 games and 15 seasons and it all adds up.

Not to mention the money Hill has made by selling the houses etc. Do you think he sells the amount he did if he isnt on the board?

No doubt Hill et al put stuff back into the club for their role but I'm not convinced it was anything like what they could get out.

You'd  much prefer your main stand seat with its unrivalled view and refreshments under the

seat.

Just like me.

I'd imagine so.

So what?
