Should Roughyeds be welcomed back to BP?

Not if oafc is a tenant with BB being a landlord. That's very different to being a long term leaseholder.

But we are a long term leaseholder it was renewed in 2011, expires in 2031 and will probably be renewed. Even if you take my analogy and substitute for a tenancy - you wouldn’t give profits for a private enterprise to your landlord.

Im pretty sure there's a lease.

Question mark over that new stand which is the subject of unsubstantiated rumour.

Would like nothing more than a connection between us and Roughyeds if it helped galvanise the town in the way it has Huddersfield.

BUT serious money would need investing in the playing surface. Potential if we can start using the synthetic surfaces but until then it’s just not worth it for us.
