Poll: Why did we get relegated & what to sort out to bounce back

So what are the main reasons we were relegated and by definition what are the most important issues to resolve to get us back up?

In the spirit of moving forward, and following AL's statement what should he prioritse to address?

Clearly players will always be the top, so I ahve't omitted it, but what else?

Clearly the takeover was likely a factor but that is resolved now, so it is the points going forward

for the poll,  I am assuming less budget, rough calc worked out by ? was 500k
