Club sizes are not just decided by your attendances.......... if so Newcastle would be classed a bigger club than City, Liverpool, Everton etc Carlisle is a small city compared to the Borough of Oldham but they don't have UTD, City and all the other local teams fighting for football fans. Carlisle would get good crowds if doing well but ours would also increase if we were to have some success once again. I live up here, you can do Manchester / north west in under 2hrs on a good, its right off the M6.......... They travel quite well to be fair so they'll be happy with us, Bury and Tranmere in the league.
