EFL to me if you are experiencing any technical difficulties, you will need to contact NeuLion, our partners who operate the iFollow system on behalf of the EFL. They have a dedicated specialist support team you can reach via the 'live chat' option on your club website, me to EFL "I have used the "live chat" option on several occasions. My decision to alert you is because the problems keep persisting despite constant complaints via the chat line. I seriously think you need to either find a new partner or get Neul.ion to get their act together. EFL to me We have passed this over to our technical support providers, NeuLion for their information, who will be in touch with you in due course. Neul.ion to me Thank you for contacting iFollow support.Please accept our sincerest apologies for the problems you had been facing trying to access iFollow match content We are now aware of the issue and it has been investigated. Please note that preventative measures and fixes have been implemented to stop this from happening again.If you do have any issues like this in the future please contact us via the live chat option on the clubs website and we will endeavour to resolve this as soon as possible.Kind regards,Amdad - iFollow Support I'm not holding my breath but lets see what happens.
