The one that springs to mind for me is Gregan especially when he played for Preston.  I hated how he seemed to run the whole game with that arrogant swagger but was great when he came here especially early on.

True. Absolute fuckin ball bag off the pitch tho.

Peter Clarke is not suspended on Saturday.

The cut-off point for 5 yellow cards was changed this season, it is now after 19 league games. (Source: http://www.thefa.com/-/media/files/thefaportal/governance-docs/player-essentials/2018-19/essential-information-for-players-2018-19---english.ashx)

Cup yellows also now only count towards the competition they are given in. We have a few players who if booked against Fulham, would miss a Round 4 game or replay.

Has it been 100% confirmed that he's suspended for Saturday?

According to the FA, 'Peter' and Jordan Lyden are on a 1 match ban but that was due to start last Tuesday. :dntknw:

Yes, the way that page works must be out-of-date, or just plain wrong, or they're technically suspended then subsequently "let off" because it's after the cut-off or whatever...

If you click "One caution away" and scroll down, it tells you different suspension criteria to the one  linked to, I think it's how it worked last season? Either way, that has the cut-off listed as November 30th, which has also passed!

And lastly, Missilou got his 5th league yellow against Lincoln, then was free to play the next game, because it was after the 19-game point.

The whole system needs clarification though, too much confusion among fans.

Its clearly wrong given their own criteria.

The 1st half in that game was superb. Henry & David Currie. It's also the reason why Wednesday went on to buy Warhurst off us because of his 2 assists...... and look at the Away following on the top tier of the Leppings Lane End.....

Just realising watching this that I genuinely loved every single player for Latics back then. God they were incredible days...
