Me too, unless he has someone with a bit of pedigree in getting the most out of lower league players then I really don't see the point in this. stargazer
On Saturday leading 2-1 against Exeter , the team was in the play offs. Sacked on the following Thursday. This one dimensional strategy that football clubs have to fix performance by sacking umpteen managers is pathetic. Not for the first time at our club the players should be having a long hard look at themselves after the Carlisle performance and the resulting removal of their boss. latics22
If the players did love him and to be fair they always looked to put a shift in for him, this ain’t going to go down well with them!
OLDHAMADE
When you thought it couldn't get any worse, queue a mass exodus of loan signings and power to Fat Ants elbow
fleetwood Blue
Not much chance of us keeping them loan players now if they all love him as they say
nzlatic
Don’t like this merry go round method at all. But it could work in our favour if we act swiftly and decisively, and spend some money on the new boss and some new players. Thats a pretty massive IF by the way. JED
Ridiculous! Literal meaning - inviting and deserving ridicule! One disastrous result and we dump the manager. Same team as most of us would have picked, players can't be bothered to put the effort in, and the guy gets sacked. On behalf of most reasonable fans I'm appalled and wish Frankie all the best for the future - you deserve better!
Careca9
the only positive is ints unlikely we are going to go down this year so hopefully anyone that comes in who isnt up to it again will be gone by summer. id take a foreign manager, take anyone as long as they have the experience to do the job, not clarke. constant sacking of managers and different teams wont help us at all as this is really frankie's team he's assembled. how they will all cope with another manager will be interesting to see

Cushyj
A few weeks ago ago I would have been happy with this but despite the last 2 games It seemed he was finally finding his feet as a manager. With a good transfer window I really do think he would have got us at least top 10 then pushed on next season. ☹
Horlicks
Hear he is looking to bring in Theresa May to provide a bit of stability.

josh_latics
Save for 45mins against Bury, the football was mostly terrible, and AL probably thinks he left it too late with Wellens and doesn't want to make the same mistake. Daft to do it without a succession plan though.

josh_latics
No idea who was in charge of transfers, but if Bunn brought in Taylor, Miller, Coke, COG etc, you can see why you wouldn't want to give him another transfer window... robboman
Sure someone on twitter mentioned he had an altercation with AL the other day... Doesn't matter who manages us, if AL is a cunt then he's a cunt
