Commentary should be awesome with just that old dodderer left.

Just not needed, mate.

It's a pity you don't know just how much work he does, and has done for donkey's years, at the club and receives not a penny piece. He's one of life's true gentlemen as well.

Disrespectful comments like yours really get up my bugle.

I'm not sensing happy departures and naturap progression with this tweet by the ex Club Secretary.

I assumed so, just wondered if that is the direction of his new job.

Turns out it's London. Probably as Corporate something. Or for Fulham!

Interesting. One could argue this is the 1st sign of Abdallah having a Plan. Slowly slowly.

Part 1 of the plan: reduce the amount by which he gets fleeced by familiar faces...

I thought part 1 was to have nobody still here that was around the time of the  Daily Mail leak!

Can't anybody simply leave to progress their careers without it being seen as a slight on the Club  :peepwall:

Good guy.

Looked at me like I had shat on his lawn when I parked in the assistant managers space last week to buy a ticket.

I do agree, but it was a closer relationshipbthat just sublet . And he's been scathing of AL, and would know more than most of us.

Funnily enough, during his scathing rants, post Bunn dismissal somebody said he should be quiet with his moralistic views, especially when he has been piping somebody else's wife...

Of course. But the comments from those who have left don't back that up. Also to lose 1 is misfortunte, to lose two looks like carelesssness, to lose 17. In amonth.  Well...

Sam got a very good job with Betfair as the PR man. Career progression so can’t complain if they go on to bigger things.

Good Luck Sam.

That is fair enough, good promotion.

As well as Sam, Simon Wood has relinquished his role. He was pretty stridently critical in some tweets, though I  guess he has other interest too.
A new chef appointed today.

I make that17 in a month and a day, never mind the ones prior.

Very quick, as this is his last weekend, and it's only just advertised.

Simon Wood hasn’t gone anywhere, he’s never worked for OAFC, Simon and his team work for the OEC. If you dine in the North Stand it will be from a menu designed by him and cooked by his team (or on occasion by Simon).

All the best to Sam, our media content has been absolutely top notch during his tenure👍🏻

Needed someone new in. Club really needs to step up it's branding and media presence. Two borderline propaganda interviews per week isn't enough for a professional football club.

Thought Sam was pretty good.

He works for the Club, he's not Woodward or Bernstein whom you seem to want.

Glad someone said it. My ifollow subscription might get used more now. Stopped watching most of the pre/post match interviews. Same questions most weeks. Never anything remotely eye-opening. And don't forget, simply must mention the fans every time. Never quizzed/grilled a manager once and over the past couple of seasons of utter shite, at a time when they needed quizzing. Stuart Vose led by example when he used to do the job. Never scared to ask that uncomfortable question when it called for it. I hope whoever takes it on has it in them to do so.

Nonsense. If it's deliberate then maybe but Roy (to my knowledge when listening) has never deliberately done that and you're out of order for suggesting it.

I've mixed up some of our white players before now. Guess that makes me one too 🙄

What if they're told they'll be sacked if they ask uncomfortable questions?
