Make up your mind. You said Corney wasn’t as bad but now you’re talking about the other 2? Corney (singular) was a wrongun.

The other 2 left Corney holding the baby , again I wil ask , give me the proof for that he was a “wronging” ?????

There was planning for 90 house, behind the chaddy which would include the loss of little wembly (45 have been built)...I was looking at the line of sight and losing little wembly could still happen subject to road access.

Then you have the land and car park the club sits on

Then you have the land that goes at the back of the frizzell stand, partially sold for the renal unit and up sheepfoot lane. That did have planning permission to build was to be NHS staff flats, four stories high, with health centre. Still room to develop around there

GMSF back on the agenda with open consultation for green belt land to be grabbed, there is a motion that those developers who had/have planning permission should be force to complete their house builds before greenbelt losses.

There is still money to be made

Of course there’s still money to be made, but that is reliant in the site being developed, but please tell which business, you are aware of , that are plan to run at a loss ?

What cup runs (they were few and far between) and the last player we sold was big money was earl barrett, as for the (Tarkowski)  sell on clause , it was a case of damned if you do and damned if you don’t (and the money from selling it , may have kept the wolves from the door (and kept the club afloat) we lost money by refusing to sell on the Micah Richards clause (and ended up with nothing) , we also list money when Chris Porter shafted us by f..king off Motherwell

😂

A simple ‘minus’ would’ve sufficed, Simon.

....and in the meantime, let’s not forget, they (Blitz & Gazal) receive rent - a princely 6 figure sum per annum - from Lemsagam for use of their land.... and there is the JR stand & OEC Ltd....

There’s no rush. They can develop it in 10 years if they want... it’s there ready to cash in when the football club has left/ceased to exist. Not their problem.

Blitz & Gazal own Brassbank Ltd - a dormant company with assets.... and the OEC Ltd. That’s it.... there is very little risk.

I am sure rent is part of it and covered in the accounts submitted at companies house...is this in 2017 accounts? The club has not submitted 2018 so I don't know what it it was last year or if any rent has been paid.

Not in 2017. Corney still owned it. Rent was paid by other means. The rent would have been renegotiated / set, once Corney sold it....!

You seem to have good knowledge of the workings of the club for somebody with a Man City username ...

How the f..k can you associate a particular user name to any club... for example I could be called cityboy, does this indicate that I’m a young (man) city fan , or does it indicate that I work / live in the city... the connotations are endless  ?????

Necarcu loan?

In desperate times , people resort to desperate measures, why do you think payday loan companies exist , is it because people really want to pay extortionate interest rates, or could it be they’ve exhausted every other option available to them (and so to speak ) have had to agree being ripped off to feed the family... unless you know different, the EFL doesn’t do food banks!!!!

We should not have used that company period due to its links.

And the EFL does do payouts to clubs..in fact we have one in January I can't remember what they call it now...
