How much will it cost

does it include the north stand

if not will there be an option to buy the north Stand

The Trust statement refers to "Boundary Park" and "the stadium". Therefore it appears to mean the whole of the football ground.

However, if the fan-led group's talks are only with Brassbank, it looks like it only refers to the North Stand.

Including the apparent need for a great deal of expensive work on the main stand and chaddy end this sounds like fantasy to me. I hope not but I will retain a sceptical view until shown otherwise.

They are AL’s assets though....  not what Brassbank has put up for sale / the fanled group & Trust are exploring buying.

So. . They want to sell.

We have six months to put a bid together.

We assume it’s the north stand?

If the fans can’t buy them out. The world will end. Boundary Park will Burn. An we’ll all be nomads wandering the lower leagues.

Or. They quote their vastly overpriced stand to the commercial market - they laugh. An say come back with something more realistic. They won’t sell at market value. Meanwhile another 4 years has passed, and we’re 17th in league one.

All needs paying for though. Wouldn't be much point buying land and North stand if two other stands are about to be condemned.

Some serious denial as well....

Denial of what?????

No football club?

Some more land gone?

What are we all missing Andy. That your so enlightened to? Your not in the negotitations. You don’t have any clue about the inner workings of any proposed offer/counter offer. Yet you talk like it’s happening right now.  (We’re about to lose everything.)  Your scaremonging with literally nothing to back it up, other than what if’s.

Other than the long term security of a landlord with the club as its priority might give AL the incentive to spend some money on them?

Kinell. The land is up for sale. Should the fanled group fail / AL not have the funds / the council not be willing...... the alternative is a landowner with other objectives..... that do not include the football club being resident on it. There is nothing far fetched about that conclusion.
