Crewe (H)

Recommended Posts

Already giddy for it.

Unbeaten in their last 6...

Morecambe (A) 2-2 D

Newport (H) 3-2 W

MK (A) 1-0 W

Colchester (H) 2-1 W

Macc (A) 3-3 D

Carlisle (H) 2-1 W

However, they have the joint worst away record.

Have to win this to keep the momentum going into the Morecambe game in hand.

Surely the same team as tonight?

In front ot the North Stand pitch looks poor.

Got to subdue Porter on Saturday  but still feel we will win.As stated we played them off the park at their place and will always remember Clarkes screamer.

Stop that.....you know full well there are a number on here who are of the opinion that where these lads came from make them English non-league at best.

Fair to say that albeit to varying degrees it took a while for those French Lads to settle in so Sylla and Vera shouldn't be written off yet.

One credit to Bunn. He got them fit that’s for sure.

Indeed. I think it might be one of those differences between Leagues 1 and 2 that lots hadn't factored in at the start of the season though.

Is it fitness showing, or opponents chasing the game and leaving themselves open at the back?

Always makes me laugh when they talk about fitness or the lack of it, either you're a dedicated athlete and live like one or you don't, in which case you shouldn't be in any profession that requires it.

Go get an office job!

Office jobs don't pay 5k a week for about 20 hours a week though, within the game there are plenty who can do nothing but play football but fall out of love with their job like many do, strange I know but true.

Agree with all of that but surely, being in the best position to do the job you're being paid for is the minimum requirement and that's the same no matter what job you end up in.

Will be streaming this one. Anyone interested watching it drop me a PM so i can see the level of interest

I’ll be getting up the motorway to watch the game live. Hoping that a few non regulars will come along to see the new manager’s second game.

Crewe should bring 500+ so it would be good to see a crowd in excess of 5,000 for only the second time this season 😊

The ad at the top of the home page has changed. It's stopped trying to flog me a retro Pine Villa shirt and is now pushing a company called Mr Porter. Do I not like that?

(I accidentally clicked on a skiier and can't delete it on my phone.)
