Pete only had the job till Monday so never got his 2nd chance today.

The shortest caretaker manager reign in history..no games.

It was to be reviewed on Monday, from what I read, which is totally open-ended in terms of duration.
No game for two weeks, probably no manager, either.

It took him six weeks to appointment someone last time, I can’t see him having anyone in by Monday.

I only came out with that comment because I'm sick to the back teeth of this one step forward ten back nonsense of false dawns, especially after the pain of last season.

The permanent manager has to be appointed with games to play so he can assess the squad and determine who should stay, who should go and what he needs.  (aside "manager doesn't pick team or squad")  Ah so we could just have no one.

 

Wouldn't it be a really good idea if the brothers Lemsagam did take over the management/coaching until the end of the season and we didn't win another game.
