They’ll question the EFL fit and proper test as another club suffers from questionable ownership and a team deeply affected by changing room interference plus a club imploding over the division between FLG and owners. It does seem the likely scenario though, given the emphasis the league place on having 72 clubs in it. If Bury and/or Bolton go bust League 1 in 20/21 will still have 24 teams in it.
