You do realise we’re in League 2 and been shit for 26 years? I still say Nepo and Mills have a great cross but in League 1&2 ‘adequate at their respective jobs’ is about as good as we can expect. That’s a League 2 professional athlete. This is what's missing, players who specialise, whether it be crossing the, ball, heading, tackling, passing, dribbling, scoring goals.
