I'm in for as long as it takes, merry Xmas to you all and thanks for your time and effort, we will get our club back.

The pearl still looks good enough to play for us.

I'm in with disjointed - as long as it takes.

Still attend and support the team - not as many away as usual - but feel little affinity for the players tbh and absolutely none for the club's owners & Board. Dino is doing ok, not an issue.

The club has lost its soul and will never get it back under these owners I am sorry. For many years over my time supporting Latics, its been the heart & soul of the club and a sense of belonging rather than just the football, it can be again once these owners leave

As per our recent statement regarding a food, drink and programme boycott at Boundary Park, please find a link below to full details #oafc #ReclaimTheFaith

As always all feedback is welcomed. Any questions, queries or suggestions please let us know. 👍

What agreement does the club have with the catering company? Does the club get a share of the food and drink spend or do the catering company pay per kiosk and keep the profit?

Any update on where the profits from OEC current activity (food and drink sales to fans) is going?  Still owned by Blitz and Gazal according to Companies House? Isn’t a boycott of that in order too... perhaps forcing both parties to the table?  Been next to zero information or progress from FLG.  (Tin hat on)

Afternoon Kowenicki,

I believe this was a question asked when we spoke to the FLG and at the time all monies were going back into the running and maintenance of the OEC. We are hoping to get a further update in the new year.

That is something we can look to find out. Under previous regimes I have known companies to go down both routes. Maybe something which can be asked at the upcoming fans Q&A.

That makes no sense frankly. Hope you can get some better and more honest answers. Progress on them ‘buying out’ Blitz and Gazal too please. Those two are currently, either directly or indirectly, profiting from the club and FLG flogging food to fans.

Cool logic bro. The ground should be empty on that basis though...

I’m confused as to what makes no sense? At present the OEC is the only thing being run by the FLG nothing else that we are aware of, so money raised from that will be limited with no income coming from boxes etc until a SLA is agreed with the club. Therefore food and drink costs, staffing, cleaning and utilities etc will be coming from this. We can look to get further clarification for you though when we look for an update in the new year.

So they aren’t making a penny profit? Don’t buy that.

Also... presumably they are paying rent to Blitz?

Anyhow, look forward to an update. Thanks for your efforts.

Would it not be better to check that before having fans boycott food and drink? Could potentially affect an outside business rather than the club?

We are currently reaching out to the businesses involved to speak with them direct. As always any suggestions how you feel we are best moving forward by all means send us an email info@pushtheboundary.co.uk or if you would prefer to meet up before a game that’s no problem 👍

So what is the best option if we want to buy food/drink before or during a game  ie how does the club benefit most, OEC before the game,  or outlets inside the ground.?

Well if you want to boycott the club...not inside.  If you don’t want to line the pockets of Blitz... not OEC.

so... bring a butty and a bottle of fizzy vimto. 😁

... or, as most people will...just buy a brew and pie as normal.

Waiting for clarification from the vendors legal team. There are several documents to be dealt with but the deal is still on

Their is the OEC outlets outside the stadium and local pubs you can go through for refreshments.

If relations keep deteriorating between fans and owner then Id be quite happy for PTB to start targeting the clubs sponsors highlighting how bad the club is being run, how it treats its people, and how the owners are destroying a local community asset and ask them if they want to keep funding this and being part of this.

Don't forget the FLG run the OEC so it gives them funds to buy out Blitz.

All other outlets fund the owner, or have a loyalty to the owner as he gave then business. If they did their due diligence they'd have known this was a risk, especially under the terms that the deal moved to them and given who they are dealing with.
