If for some reason the Trust ceases to exist, what happens to the share holding?

Am pretty sure the 3% is limited to Oldham Athletic (2004)Ltd and not transferable to what will be another company (ie Oldham Athletic 2020 Ltd) if it is sold on under the Administrator

beyond doubt but the question was what happens to the shareholding if the trust goes before the club.  No idea

The Trust 3% Shareholding and legal entitlement to appoint a member to sit on the board will be non transferable

In short, if the Trust doesn’t exist the shares would be ‘returned’ to the owner of the club

I am not privy to the actual legal agreement between the club and the Trust but would be shocked if this was not the arrangement

And the confusion goes on, what do PTB make of this now?

Judge Eyre QC said he would have considered administration on Friday if a 12-point deduction had made an "absolute difference" to the sole relegation space in League Two. With the Latics currently 19 points above the drop, this was decided not to be the case.

Wtf is that all about?

Taken out of context it really does seem that the judge came along hoping to see a hanging, and decided to leave everything up in the air 😅 to see if he might get the chance at a later date.

Charlton now having similar split ownership and financial worries like us. Got rid of one disliked owner they thought but new potential owners already falling out.

Once again EFL proving to be totally ineffective in their jurisdiction.

What would you want the EFL to do?

Well for a start-how do new owners get away with this:-

"confirmed the Championship club were under a transfer embargo as the new owners had not provided evidence they could fund them until June 2021."

And yet they passed the so called fit & proper test.

Try looking at the articles on the EFL website where it tells you what they are supposed be doing to protect their clubs-they patently are not, on this we seem to agree.

The Trust are a little behind publishing the link of the EFL/FSA supporter Trust meeting in December.

We were specifically asked to attend. Your Trust Chair raised a few points

FSA are also highlighting our plight
