I'd go for:

Zeus (or Woods, happy with either)

Hamer

Wheater

Stott

Iacovitti

Missilou

Sylla

Smith

Morais

Eagles

Azankpo

With Morais and Eagles back, I'd have our best 3 attacking midfielders in the starting XI.  Hopefully Stott can take his chance in the team with Egert out.

We should play  two up top  you never know changing the system might improve results  because the current system ain’t working

I've been contemplating this but we don't even have one good striker let alone two.

I'd try Morais and Eagles wide as both can cross a ball well and get Smith in the middle in the number 10 as he can sprint and get up and beyond the striker so it would be like having 2 up top sometimes.

Get him to find space in the pockets, get the ball on the ball on the half turn and just encourage him to take people on.

Edit: Harry got there before me.

Benchmark the same Tuesday night fixture exactly 12 months ago.

Ref Ben Toner reduced CTFC to 10 men right on H-T.

Benteke (sub) and Lang scored late on.

Attendance: 2800.

Team:

Iverson

Hamer

Clarke

Edmundson

Hunt

Missilou

Gardner

Baxter

Lang

O’Grady

That wasn't great, but it's so much better than our team now.

Chris O'Grady would significantly improve this squad.

Who cares about anything really.  Life is pretty pointless.

Don't make me go quoting Sartre at you.

Are we at the point yet where we can accept that Eagles isn't just lacking fitness? I've only seen him once and he was the most athletic player in our squad by a mile.

Lot of people saying we have no good strikers. Shit point of view. We have one who scored double digits in one of the worst teams in this league last year. It's about service. The strikers are getting none

That take might hold more weight if he'd done that in two/three seasons rather than just one, haven't heard or seen anyone have much good to say about him...

Every time I've seen him looks like an headless chicken, very frustrating.. Is his confidence shot at ? possibly as to many look devoid of confidence at the moment.. Id play 3 up front at least one of our strikers should hit the target.. need to get a win on tuesday, if not pressure will increase on Dino who i believe is living on borrowed time.

In your rush to express a different opinion you missed the point he HAS done it for the last 2 seasons
