Poor team with good experienced defenders give you half a chance of a result. Poor team with young inexperienced defenders gives you no chance. Agree with the post on attacking, it's either pedestrian or an aimless hoof. Roll on January - it's the only chance to save something out of this season.

Even if half of them lack the needed talent, one thing you will get from the foreign lads is effort (barring vera haha) as they know they've been given a chance at a step up from their careers previously. In a way it's more frustrating to see talented players not putting in the effort

I think it's the opposite.... stott has done fine next to wheater last few league games, whereas I've seen hamer next to a few different partners and has always been poor. Stott is a CB who needs guidance, Hamer is RB who struggles at CB full stop

Wheater gets some stick on here, but the wheels completely fall off the wagon when he's not organising the other defenders.

Iacovitti has not been terrible either last couple of matches.

I wouldn't bank on Dino being here if that's the best inspiration he can muster from the players

Fans who went say the writing was on the wall for this at Gateshead.

Our record in successive transfer windows is exactly the reason why we are getting bummed off Fleetwoods 2nd string. Im not confident January will sort us out.

Morais, Eagles and McCann playing at the pace of a veterans game, but I guess that's what they are...well past their best.

You can get away with one or two of them playing with quicker players to pick up the ball, but all three is suicidal.

Morais wasn't exactly quick first time round, but his legs have completely gone.

The right striker and CB should see us easily in mid-table. God knows who we'll end up with.

What's wrong about what I said? Mansfield, 6-1 down, down to 9 men, last minute, missiliou still sprinting forward to break. Segbe runs 90 odd mins non stop. Sylla never gives up. Maouche despite his underperforming still tries his throughballs, still tries to play. Fage the same as segbe.... they give it a go

Not to mention Zeus who spent his whole time with us on the bench, then fuxked of by text, then dragged back as third choice. And now is performing well every week after all that

Id add another striker and a left back.

Yeah actually 4 competent signings aslong as we keep our best 11 will see us improve significantly and see us stay well clear of relegation.

Im anticipating a former youth team player from Auxerre who played 18 times in the French 7th tier and is 25 years old.
