Of course they are....we all are in way t know each other or a party in each camp.

Its hard not too as latics is a small family of fans.....I know Paul Whitehead (FLG) when use to go away a lot, I have worked with Simon Brooke (FLG) and Jorvik (PTB) when both were on the Trust team and Barry Owen (Club) when he was Trust.

If your part of a key group and your head is above the parapet, its hard not to know someone in each camp and not a bad thing to have this either as you never know when you need to have a chat with another party.

its good to talk.....and I am glad that all are to be honest

Too many camps, too many splinter groups, too many more important......One club, one set of fans, one goal. Just saying.

That will happen when we get the right people running the football club. It won't happen with AL and his cronies.

Check out the 2 sites - http://pushtheboundary.co.uk and http://boundaryparkstadium.co.uk

using https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/2811sportmedia.co.uk

both sites are on the same server according to their 'a' record.  Could be possible that they've both got the same hosting, there are just over 14,000 sites on that server

But then I looked at how the sites were built using https://www.wpthemedetector.com

both sites use are using the exact same wordpress theme - https://themeforest.net/item/experience-showcase-wordpress-theme/14352565 which has only had 202 sales which narrows it down a lot.

That's what pushes me from a feeling to a definite.

Nice analysis but there are good odds on that still being a coincidence. I have done maybe ten websites for small businesses in my area. Once I found a suitable host and template that looked attractive and worked, I applied it to many of them, client willing that is. Could be someone at PTB saw the other theme, liked it and implemented WP because it is a decent tool to use for a cheap but effective site.

I think Will (Jorviklatic) has commented on this previously. PTBs website was done by Eden Creative which is run by Oldham fans who previously created the clubs website/ logo and match day programme and they were more than happy to help us and I hope you agree, they have done a cracking job. Appears FLG may have gone with Eden also. No conspiracy theory here. Interesting analysis by CD’s orange heels though!

Usually it’s a little accounting trick to buy time.  I know it sounds counter intuitive, but it works.

I wouldn't think he OEC is doing very well ATM.

Any one know what happened with the court date on the 26th of March? Was it adjourned?

I can't seem to find anything maybe it was adjourned

However the latest accounts for June 2018 to June 2019 are now overdue at Companies house.

Minumum, I would have expected them to have been at least in draft format and submitted to the club board at March meeting (if not January meeting), and have been issued to the other shareholders for viewing, before submittal to CH.

Did you seriously expect them to be prepared on time Underdog?

Isn't it this FY accounts that the club has promised with be full accounts and not just abridged?

Incidentally whilst all this COVID-19 is going on, surely its an opportunity for the Financial Director to actually get the accounts in order...………...

at least a 1st draft done. It was closed off last June so in my mind it should have been worked on/chipped at ready for roll out to the club board Jan meeting (IMO) and then rolled out to shareholders before end of March. submittal to CH

and yes Trust request FULL accounts as per the December 6th letter, so club cannot say no request was made.

So if not done...then you are right, he had best crack on with them now hahah

The Administration application was adjourned in the Administrative Court in Manchester until 21 April at the request of both parties. It does not appear to be listed for hearing tomorrow.

I understand the adjourned hearing is now scheduled for 19 June.

Thought wages would never be paid late again? It's May on Friday, safe to assume April's will be late too?

And hes got £6million spare to buy the stadium?

Allthough to be fair we can't really blame them for the coronavirus outbreak and the resulting cancelations of fixtures many football clubs will be in deep trouble as it deprives them of their main source of Revenue. Even businesses that are still operating and have huge resources on the balance sheet are furloughing staff. So it should surprise knowone that this is happening.

I think an agreement has been reached for players to be furloughed if the March salaries are paid in full.

For anyone that doesn't agree redundancy was mentioned although I don't know how that works for employees on fixed term short contracts.
