Just heard GMR ... the linesman and ref had to sprint for cover, a bottle was thrown at Hughes ... and he was immediately taken from the ground APPARANTLY for his safety ... oh eck!

It may all be fun and amusing now but I have to say it is a very sad day for football when the above happens!!! Will be disgusted if the FA doesn't act.

How many times has this happened at Millwall though, it is a regular occurance and nothing is ever done about it with the soft arses at the fa. Make the thugs play behind closed doors for a few home games, there revenue for lack of gate receipts will be non-excistant and it will force Millwall into dealing with there so called fans

I thought it was quite amazing how the croud managed to sway the refs decision for that free kick. From what i heard, we challenged and got the ball, ref said play on, crowd went mental and he gave them the free kick!? Thats impressive if you ask me. FA should definately step in and hand some warnings about about the bottle throwings n stuff.

So... the Millwall Scum's treatment of Hughes obviously got to him then... Hat-trick! :laught16:

What a way to answer the neanderthal :censored: s !

Let's just hope everyone gets out of there safely. I wouldn't hold your breath for any action against Millwall.

As an aside, I'm slowly (very slowly) trying to get myself around all the league grounds. However, while Millwall and Cardiff are in the league I think I may stop at 90...
