    According to an online transfer site Latics interested in Striker Kabongo Tshimanga from Boreham Wood, us and 3 other clubs, Sunderland, Walsall and Accrington..

    Macalmont and Garrity played well in the Midfield but my MOM was our captain who was playing the holding role ..I must say I do like this 4141 formation away from home.. Belting result today and well deserved

    We are suited more for games played away from Boundary Park.. Had no answers tonight against tranmere and sadly Plan A didn't work and we didn't have a Plan B unfortunately. We got beat fair and square against a well organised team who will be up there come the end of season.

    Big win this, put under the cosh for big parts of the game, Carl Periganni again at the back brilliant, we have the makings of a very good side, i loved how Danny Rowe took charge of that penalty and put it away , that could prove vital at the end of the season.. #oafc

    Same team from Saturday surely,how the hell do you build consistency if you keep chopping and changing your team especially of the back of a win. And yes George Blackwood deserves his place in the team, probably his best game for latics so far.

    I dont remember in my time as a latics fan a free kick struck as sweetly as that which found the back of the net. Im just gutted we wasn't there to witness it as the scenes in the away end would have been something else..

    I was delighted for Harry Kewell yesterday I do like our counter attack football under him, everytime we break we look like we are going to score and its a forwards dream to play in that system.We certainly have the makings of a very good side.

    Score more than your opponents you normally win matches. I must say we certainly got our act together yesterday after conceding that sloppy goal and it was cracking defensive performance Marshalled by Carl Periganni who was my man of the match..

    He had Dino lined up after his sacking at Stevenage was it 4 games in?, I reckon HK has same amount of games as Benide had 11 who only had 2 wins in them games. We have a tough game next week and one we desperately need to win, but Kewells body language and a strange interview today tells me the pressure is on him

    Good quality managers at Div 2 are hard to come by.. We have had our fair share of rookies, dinosaurs and under achievers over the years surely we have to hit the jackpot with one of them
