I'm hoping to come up early to the game tomorrow to find a good pub nr the ground with decent grub where I can watch the redsvreds game on Sky before the real football. Can anyone suggest a good place? Cheers!

This season it has to be bringing my 10yr old daughter along. She's been 3 games- H v Swansea and Yeovil and A v Walsall !!

It's a cert that Eyrsey's playing for Oldham in the Masters...well according to the Hednesford Town programme from Saturday anyway. For those that're interested I went to watch them (them being my local team and not being able to get to BP on Sat). Eyres played about 75 mins and was OK for it being only his 2nd game in 10 months (and for an old codger too!). Made some dangerous corners and free kicks as per. I managed to collar him at the end and the first thing he asked me was how Latics went on.

I never liked him either after he flicked the V's at the terrace during the 2nd replay. Most of them were pretty smug and disrepectful during each game - Southall, Cottee and Sheedy spring to mind, not to mention Whiteside trying to cut Milligan in half. Still they got their reward. Ha!
