Michael Ricketts walked through my work a few week back, suppose it was something to do with a sports agency being in the same building.... its like the job center for cr*p players our place at the moment :-) Bearing that in mind, i saw the words "Balthazar Oldham Loan" scribbled on a whiteboard in the same office... anyone know of him? Would of got excited but never heard of him and to be honest slowly losing all interest...

Back to the subject.... I left 5 mins early and spotted the two sat outside on the corner of the RRE and Main Stand.... Was either them or two American Hookers.... Fancy spending all that money on a trip to BP only to sit outside!!

I have given up on us for this season. Never have i been so unenthusiastic about Oldham! Fans have voted by walking out, you can call them not true supporters but the very "fans" who pay on the gate and visit every now and then are the ones the club needs to survive and unfortunatley they along with me have had enough of he same old cr@p!! They are more or less giving tickets away for the Exeter game to get a decent game, unfortunatley this game will only remind the stay away fans why they stopped bothering! Is any of this Penneys fault - No not 100% he has his hands tied with money and injuries and the cr@p signings he has made. Should we bring someone else in - Yes if only to bring a brief spell of optomism! I fear for the future of this club.

1. Unique definatley dont think it will change much though to be honest... 2. Think the ST money and gate reciepts brings in a lot more than the electricity, maintenence and staff wages for match days... 3. Would protect the players but i wouldnt call them brave... the last couple of performances have shown they are a tad spineless 4. Strange for away players... will have more of a negative effect on home players than away, stepping out in to someone else's ground with 4k fans is more daunting, than stepping out on to an empty ground! 5. How would it allow this? 6. The captain needs to look at himself more rather than blaming everyone else. Think you may piss off the one thing this club has going for it.... A small but loyal fan base in MAJORITY!!! Its like saying "lets fold the club" Would save money on player, wages, staff, electricity etc etc We could sell the land to tesco Players would all get a nice new club We could all go and support Manure or :censored:ty Everyone happy??

Go create your own board, but remove users who have a different opinion to yours... If we all agreed on every subject then it would be boring!

No evidence of a team of workers so far or quality for that matter.... Usually a reason they are unspotted as we have seen..... What evidence of this do you have, and how long is the eventually... Agree shame he cant instill that in his team.... They are the only weak links!!!?!!! Sorry to be so negative i know your only trying to breathe optomism into a new manager but to spout damn right lies to him so he can feel that little bit better about himself is going a bit far.... I admire your optomism i really do but can you really see any positive since he has been in charge, can you see this team going anywhere this season apart from league 2?

People seem to forget some of the performances Allott put in last in season, at least with him you got 100% effort and passion. Same with Warne, both not the best footballers but at least you couldnt comment on their effort. If the team had half of their work ethic we would be in a better position that what we are in. I hate to see Oldham lose but if the effort and passion is their its a lot more bearable than that garbage last night!! Im not saying he did have a choice on Eardley and Hughes but with money the money saved/earned we could of done a lot better thant spooning it on some of the players we have!

What he has done is with what budget we had blown it all on an oversized squad of garbage & got rid of some of the players we now look like we so dearly miss (Hughes, Eardley and especially Allott)! Look at the amount of players we have out on loan or languishing in the ressies... or the bunch of no hopers we signed on 1-2 months contracts who have since left... Buying cast offs and league 2 players and not utilising the loan market effectivley = relegation.

Rubes and Greegs where one of our big problems last season both of them prone to giving goals away.... solution for this season lets get rid of stam add no competition and let them keep on!!

Poor team... poor signings...poor performances = poor crowd!! For this first season since i can remember i cant be a**ed going to games, the prospect of going to BP bores me! I may get slated for this but thats my honest answer and also i feel other fans will say the same!
