  5. Norman McGahey Raglan Hogan Sutton Ward Willoughby Lundstram Gardner Hope Walker with Kitching, Norwood and Conlon coming off the bench. Having equalised in the 93rd minute, we lost to a 96th minute goal… Understrength? Possibly, but still should have had more than enough.

  7. I've had a season ticket for 35 years and will be renewing but its fair to say that it is more in hope than expectation. I have no faith that Mellon will become the manager who leads us back to the EFL. There needs to be a lot of manoeuvering and a number of shrewd acquisitions to start with a squad that meets Mellon's "I know what good looks like" mantra. My fear is that the financial restrictions for next season will not allow Mellon to start with the players he wants and he has shown that he cannot sufficiently motivate the standard of footballer he will have to work with.
  8. I have decide, barring a mathematical miracle, that my next game will be our first game of next season. Tamworth away, live on BT- should be a good turnout too
  9. Keep: Hudson, Hogan, Raglan, Lundstram, Reid and Conlon. Lose the rest.
  10. The best thing I took away was the “You can change the player or you can change the player”…
  11. Garner spends a good percentage of his time rolling around on the ground
  12. 649 tickets sold for Oxford City. There is now PotD so we should get to 650…
  13. I think that the pitch has lasted well this season. However, it needs a lot more bedding in to happen ahead of next season. I notice that the ball still bobbles along the surface (when we play it on the ground) in comparison to the better pitches. Hopefully a good close season will help…
  14. If you mean the team…Thats 0 or 1 points recently…
  15. https://www.oldhamathletic.co.uk/news/2024/april/09042024-halifax-a/ it’s not going to be at the Shay
  16. https://www.oldhamathletic.co.uk/news/2024/april/09042024-hogan-community-award/ Congratulations to Liam Hogan - well deserved from what I read. interesting snippet from the article: “Liam has been a real leader when it comes to our community projects, he’s made our lives so much easier by being so accommodating and up for helping out.“ Let’s see more of that leadership on the pitch please
  17. to your final sentence, and accepting that it is pure speculation...nope we don't.
  18. 30 Oct 1999 Oldham Athletic v Chelmsford City W 4-0
  19. SIX years ago - the league has changed hugely in that time. He really has shown that he knows the National League hasn’t he?
