A lot appear to forget when Joe arrived he struggled to find his feet in management and some fans were calling for his head. ( some of that was because we couldn't understand why Jimmy Frizz had been sacked) it took Joe about 3 seasons to get to where he wanted to be and he changed his method and tactics as he got the players in that he wanted. I know managers don't get that time these days but they need more than a couple of month. And he will find the way to entertain and win. HOPEFULLY,

At the end of the day it is down to the style of football that we play, not only do we loose but we play this poor boring ticy tacky football that has no excitment and no end product. A few managers that have been mentioned are of that same mind. Rosler was sacked at Leeds because of that type of boring loosing football. We need a manager who wants to attack the opposition with wingers and attacking midfielders, At least if we do loose we have had a go and entertained. I voted to keep Dunn but he has to change his tactics. because the reason players go missing is because they are to defensive side ways and backwards, Taking care of the ball I think they call it. Well lets see them kick the :censored: out of the ball and have some shots on target. We can accept players loosing the ball sometimes if they are taking the opposition on and trying to get forward. Players are afraid to take the defenders on these days. Whilste the board should not interfear with the manager and his team training or selection, they should get the manager in and say this is not good enough we need entertainment if you cant deliver we will get someone who can. In any other business senior management meet with middle management and tell them what is expected. So Simon needs to get Dunn in tell him what is expected of him his back room staff and the team and say 6 games we want improvement or we will have to make changes. Its no good changing a manager unless he is going to give us a diffrent style of football because this style is driving the fans away and has been for some time now.

I really think the LATICS faithful need to get behind both Johnson and Simon Corney tomorrow, Although this whole fiasco has been a PR disaster Simon really believed he was doing the best for OAFC. I bring my grandson over from Leeds to watch Latics, some of you might have seen him in the chaddy end wearing his Leeds kit and Jacket. He is only 9 years old but loves coming to Boundary park because of the interactive contact he gets with the players. He goes to watch Leeds with his Dad but they don't get as interactive with the kids at Hell and Road. What this does is gets the kids involved, he knows what boots every player wears and where they have played. I know when the players are kicking in they try to concentrate on the game and its not possible for all the players to come to the kids every game, but this is just one thing that makes the kids want to be at BP rather than other so called big clubs. And as we have said these kids are the future supporters so the club really should try to keep up the interactivity with the kids. By the way Wendy does a great job with the junior blues.

He went through some tough times with cancer, also his wife had cancer at the same time, he does mention the welcome he got at Boundary Park ooppps Sports Direct .com stadium.

I was the one that championed moving to the RRE when Sean Jarvis was here but was out voted, which fair enough, but time has moved on and the chaddy end is worse now than it was then. It is time for Fans to move on if the club is to move forward so have the fans. I still sit in the chaddy but for the good of our club lets get this move done.
