I know our new boys haven't kicked a ball for us yet, but when you look at who we've signed it's clear that Shez has a real astute eye for a signing. The man's a genius, I reckon.

I reckon it's a good signing. Big huge target man, throwing his - ahem - weight around, Hughes or Davies running rings around him, I think we have good options up front and I can see us scoring loads of goals...

Well, I'm underwhelmed but not surprised. We still need a hell of a lot more in midfield if we're going to have a good run at it next season. I agree that we shouldn't give him any stick though... He could do a job for us.

It's sad, and very annoying, but true that most players are only out for themselves these days. The way I always saw it is that if they don't want to play for us and are money motivated then good riddance. But the problem is that we probably struggle to form a five-a-side team if all the ones who put money before the club were shown the door. I'm in a gloomy mood at the moment - thank you for that Wellens - but to hell with it, I reckon Sheridan will bag a few more signings soon that will get me cheering again. KTF

It's hook slinging time... The Porter saga has been reeking the place up since January. We'll do fine without him next season.

I think this is a cracking statement from the club, in my opinion. They've been screwed around by Porter and his agent so I won't complain that they've had a swipe back.
