You just use the app, select OAFC veterans group as your nominated cause and then when you use the app to shop online, the retailer pays a contribution for you.

Did you know that there are almost 6,000 veterans living in Oldham and of that amount, nearly 2000 are registered as disabled.
There has been some postive press reactions and outcomes for all parties who work with and volunteer for this group.
As we lead upto remembrance weekend, there has been a BP blog done and today, a press article on how this group came to be and the importance of remembrance
You don't have to have served/serving to support the work they are doing with both OACT and OAFC in the community. Just like and give us a follow or come on over and say hello in the fans bar pre match days....yes we do prop up the end of the bar too haha
thanks everyone for your support

Dear all.
There are some charity events going on this March, that have links to OAFC
Right now (Fri 15th) Latics fan Andy Swain is aiming to complete the 3 Yorkshire peak challenge. He is raising finds for little Tommy and his family who were at BP recently. Andy has a go fund me page and has raised over £1k so far.
Edit: Andy completed the challenge in just over 10hrs. Unfortunatley, the hubby survived...damn and blast
OAFC MOD veteran Garry Brown in completing his own challenge during March, by completing a 10 mile run during the month and raising for PTSD
Lastly and no Stranger to BP. Liverpool fan Mike Wilson and buisiness partner have arranged "March of the day" walk, in aid of Ex pro-footballers Stephen Darby/Rimmer foundation and MND awareness. They will set off from Bradford city on Frid 22nd March and various teams of walkers visiting 17 grounds, finishing at Anfield. Our very own club again have stepped up will be opening its doors late on the evening of Friday 22nd. (Thanks OAFC and OACT). Various ex-pro-footballers and Kevin Seinfield are joining the walkers at various stages in route. They are not shy of £70k so far
Thanks everyone
